Lunch Box Survey
I am a magazine addict. I admit it. I have a problem. I need a 12 step program. I have subscriptions to toooooo many magazines. In my defense, I only pay for a couple of the subscriptions myself. The rest of them are gifts from friends and family. I wouldn't want to bore you with the entire list of my magazines, but at last count, it was 8. Which is crazy when you consider how little time I actually have to sit and read magazines. But, I love them. I just love looking at magazines.
I have a tendency to tear out pages of things I find interesting. In the December/January issue of the magazine, there is the cutest thing! It is an official lunch survey that you can stick in your child's lunchbox. I don't have readers yet, so I am saving it for future use. You can download a copy of it here

what a cute idea! haha, i will store that away for future lunches when my LL is school age!
me too!! Nothing I like better than going to Barnes and Noble and finding great magazines!!!
Love it, love it, love it. What a great way to get feedback not only on their lunch but how their day is going. I have a very introverted son and this looks like a great way to get him talking about his day. And yes magazines are addicting, blogs too, yours is great!!:)
Love it, love it, love it. Not only are you getting feedback about their lunch but you get a little insight into their day as well. I have a very introverted middle child so this looks like a fun way to get him talking about his day and his friends. And yes magazines are addicting, so are blogs... yours is great!! :)
I saw this in one of my magazines too. Thought it was really cute. There is a serious magazine addiction at my house too!
