Are you ready to loose the fluff?


As I was reading my facebook updates today, I just had to comment on a friend's update about feeling "fluffy". Yep, we feel pretty fluffy after the holidays...and like our friend above, we are none too happy about it. So, what to do???? Join us in the SFV diet challenge! No, we are not Oprah or Dr. Phil. We're not going to put you on TV or give you a new car, but if you join us on our journey, we'll give away some nifty gifties to regular commenters and you will feel and look better, too. Come on, it doesn't have to be a lot of weight...my goal is 10 lbs, Missy's is 15. What is yours? Tell us by January 2 and we'll pick the first winner from those who comment....seriously, it will be fun!

  1. I am ready to loose my "fluff" hehe. I've got 10 lbs of baby weight and then the 20 lbs I've accumulated over the past 10 years, so 30 all together. My goal is to be done by June.

  7. Alright already! I know it's time when I just 'happen' upon a website that has the word FLUFF in it! This is my year - I'm 50 & always feel good about myself but I've got to lose 100lbs! Yes, I've said it and it feels scary & good at the same time.
    So, I'm committing to whoever you all are that I will do this.

  8. Okay Ladies ... I'm in! I would like to lose about 15-20 lbs. We'll call it 15 and if I happen to shed more "fluffiness," then that would be great. I checked out The Daily Plate, but I may just do Weight Watchers points (on my own), since I'm somewhat a pro at that. I've done it so many times. I tell you ... I came to your site to see what cute things my daughter "needed" for 2009, and ended up joining a challenge! Truthfully, it's just what I need! Here's to de-fluffing!

  9. Hey girls, I am doing this already on my own, but would love to be part of a group effort too. I have lost 20 lbs already and looking to lose 20 more. I have been using a completely free site called sparkpeople.com and it has been very helpful in the tracking of what I eat and keeping track of exercise:)
