Handmade Christmas, Part 9

Here is a great teacher gift idea!! Personalized hand sanitizer!

Another cute, quick, easy, and cheap teacher gift - snazzy notepads by Just a Girl!

Chalkboards seem to go with teachers, so how perfect are these do-it-yourself chalkboards that Moody Girl Projects made from old thrift store picture frames? I recently painted a tabletop with chalkboard spray paint - too cool!

Handmade Christmas, Part 8

Quietfish offers a neat twist on the advent calendar - tiny envelopes - and she shares some ideas for stuffing the envelopes with family activities. (I am sooooo borrowing this idea!)

Eddie Ross (perhaps you saw him on the design competition, Top Design?) has shared how to create the snazziest Christmas ornament wreath using a wire hanger and inexpensive glass ornaments (dollar store!) and a glue gun and some ribbon!

And, to go along with your fabulous new wreath, whip up some topiaries too!

Handmade Christmas, Part 7

Hope Studios shared this terrific tutorial for a scrunchy scarf!

The Crafter's File Box shared how to make a kid's craft caddy just like the Pottery Barn Kids version, but at a fraction of the price!

The Creative Itch shared a great Christmas CD Holder tutorial. What a neat idea! Make CDs of your favorite Christmas music (some of my favorite songs - I'll be Home for Christmas, Santa Baby, Jingle Bells, Silver Bells, Baby It's Cold Outside) and then create your own cute cover!

Handmade Christmas, Part 6

These Monogrammed Tile Coasters are awesome! I really love these coasters shared by Beneath My Heart.

I know I shared something from Shanty2Chic the other day, and I am loving discovering some of their other projects too. This snowflake ornament is very cool!

Here is another of my favorite recent blog discoveries, Blonde Designs, with a great gift idea for the ladies on your list - homemade bath salts! They even give you a printable label to use!
